What Are Your Office Hours?
Bella Jade Medspa is open Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm (After hours available by appt only)
Please note that our office will be closed in observance of the following holidays:
New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Friday after Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
How Do I Schedule An Appointment?

What If I Need To Reschedule?
Please call our office at least [48] hours in advance of your appointment. We’ll work with you to help you find another date that fits your schedule.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
We understand that unforeseen situations may arise that are out of our control. Please provide a minimum of 24 hour notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
You will be charged a certain cancellation fee, which will be decided by individual Aesthetic Record customers as per their company policies if an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours in advance or if there is a no-show.
Because appointments fill up quickly, we suggest you schedule your next appointment before you leave.
